# Remote Work Policy
This policy establishes guidelines for employees working remotely, ensuring productivity, security, and work-life balance while maintaining compliance with Indian labour regulations.
• Employees who have completed probation period
• Roles that can be performed effectively remotely
• Employees with reliable internet connectivity (minimum 25 Mbps)
• Suitable home workspace as per ergonomic assessment
3.1 Full-Time Remote
• Permanent remote work arrangement
• Requires VP/HR approval
• Reviewed annually
3.2 Hybrid Remote
• 2-3 days remote per week
• Manager discretion with HR notification
• Team collaboration days in office
3.3 Temporary Remote
• Maximum 30 days per occurrence
• For personal emergencies, medical reasons, or special projects
• Manager approval required
• Core hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM IST (all employees must be available)
• Total hours: 8 hours net per day, 40 hours per week
• Response time: Within 2 hours during core hours
• Status updates: Daily standup participation mandatory
• Overtime: Must be pre-approved; compensatory off provided
• Company-provided: Laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset
• Internet allowance: ₹1,500/month reimbursement
• Electricity allowance: ₹500/month reimbursement
